Course Description


This three-day course will provide participants with basic knowledge and skills needed to manage projects or to be effective and useful to the project team. The course covers the main stages of the project cycle and the necessary communication skills, for example., Effective negotiation, conflict resolution, leadership and team building. The course will introduce the model project, it will gain practical knowledge of the conduct of the project, from conception to implementation. This course will help students prepare for CompTIA's IT Project + certification exam (code: PK0-003).

After completing this course, students will be able to:
